This is a full fun filled day of hiking, swimming, jumping of cliffs 2 meters to 20 meters as well as Sandboarding! At the Betty’s Bay sand dunes you will go through the basics of sand boarding, from learning how to stand up and gain balance to cruising down the dunes at high speeds that will get your adrenaline flowing! The Kloofing is done in a beautiful river gorge with large fresh water rock pools surrounded by spectacular natural surroundings.

You will be picked up by a Revel Adventures Sandboard instructor and Kloofing guide at 07:00 and driven along the N2 past Gordon’s Bay and along the scenic coastal road of Clarence Drive which hugs the False Bay coastline. When you arrive at the massive Betty’s Bay sand dunes you will receive a safety briefing before shown the basics of Sand Boarding and then the fun begins . . . cruising and carving at speed down steep sand dunes!

From the sand dunes we head to Crystal Pools where we start with a 45 minute walk up a beautiful gorge to the large rock pools and waterfalls. This is where we spend the rest of the day jumping of the cliffs, exploring the higher pools and relaxing in the sun.
